In this Project Devlopment and Finance section, the Commission has brought together a set of useful guides and templates to support Leeds based organisations in delivering low-carbon projects, enabling organisations to reduce their carbon footprint whilst harnessing economic benefits and helping to shape the city’s transition to a resource efficient and climate resilient city.
