The Business Case for Heat: Translating the feasibility study into a masterplan

This Nordic Heat masterclass in Leeds focusses on the challenge of transforming a feasibility study for heating into a concrete business case and strategy.

The objective is to review the range of heating solutions available, assessing the pros and cons of each alternative. This will identfy the the critera and strategies for optimising the mix and competitiveness of the value proposition to customers, while minimising costs.

The focus will address the requirements of the business plan from different angles, including the customer perspective, the political perspective and other perspectives including the broader public, supply chain and project management. 

The event is free of charge for local authorities and public stakeholders; £150 (ex VAT) for local companies; £450 (ex VAT) for national and international companies.
